This is an optional Sanwa Wide Steering Wheel Foam Grip. This wide grip is for use with the M11X, MT-4/S, MT-44 and M12/S Transmitters.
Sanwa recommends the steering wheel foam be replaced every 3 months to ensure supple operation.
