A variation of the piston for YD-2 big bore shocks is now available. The 1.4mm hole diameter allows for more supple operation even in low grip situations. This allows the suspension to move more easily for better traction when cornering.
In the drifting category, where fairly low viscosity oil is often used, widening the piston hole makes it easier to operate even with slightly harder oil (#200 to #300) and delays the penetration of silicone oil into the O-rings, etc., enabling the oil to remain in good condition for longer.
