Registration in our e-shop
- I can't log in in the e-shop cause my registration hasn't been finished.
You received an e-mail after your registration with a registration-link.
If you haven’t received it, maybe cause of your SPAM-filters or a tipping mistake in the address, you can let us know by e-mail email@example.com.
- How can I change my personal data?
After you have logged in into your account you can change your personal details such as address and payment method any time in settings.
- I forgot my password.
If you have forgotten or lost your password somehow, please check the link "Forgotten password" under the "My Account" section. Please enter your current e-mail address and we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please click the link in that e-mail in order to reset your password.
Products in e-shop
- How can I order out of stock products?
It is not possible to order out of stock products, but we will let you know when product will be back in stock. Just click on „Waiting list“ button at the product, enter your e-mail and confirm. As soon as product is back in stock, you will receive e-mail notification.
- How can I pre-order new product?
Every new coming soon product has own „Pre-order“ button. By clicking on the product will move to your shopping cart, then complete your order and we will dispatch them as soon as product arrive to our warehouse.
- How can I place my order?
Just choose your product, click on „Add to Cart“, go to Cart, choose shipping and payment methods, enter your personal data, confirm order and make payment. If you order and make payment until 14:00 (2 PM), we will dispatch it the same day.

- What payment method should I use?
It is only up to you. All our payment methods are maximally safety and comfortable and with no fees. All about payment methods here.
- What are shipping costs and when I can expect my order?
All about shipping you will find in section Payments / Shipping. But we use UPS Express, so it is really very fast!
